Welcome to the inaugural La Palma Rosa LGBTi Festival of Film & Culture Sitges 2017!
Sitges has been an artist center for more than 150 years, thanks to its landscape, social activity and its theaters, attracting from the painters of the Luminist School through Santiago Rusiñol, who established his art center in the city at the end of the 19th century, known as Cau Ferrat, making the town a modernist point of reference.
Sitges is also internationally positioned as a gay friendly destination for the open and tolerant mindset of its inhabitants that has made visitors feel welcome.
In addition, the city has several movie theaters and hosts the world famous Festival Internacional de Cinema Fantàstic de Catalunya in October, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this 2017.
